Team Pit - 2009-2010

Team Pit is a group of parents who volunteer their time and muscles to transport the Thunder Marching Band's equipment to wherever it is needed. 

What does Team Pit do?

We move pit equipment (xylophones, marimbas, timpani, gongs, etc.) at home football games and transport all of the instruments and supporting equipment to away football games and marching competitions.  You'll see us on the track at halftime (home games), before games (away) and during competitions.  You'll see us driving trucks and pulling trailers.  We also fix things around the band room to try to preserve the equipment by extending its useful life.
